Villa Amethyst is a newly built, luxurious villa located in the quiet Tarfa area of the village of Lozenets. Part of Amethyst Villas.

It is close to 3 beaches. Oasis sandy beach is only a 5-minute walk away. We are just a few minutes from a small shellfish beach and about a 15-minute walk from the main beach of the village of Lozenets.

Villa Amethyst has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is suitable for up to 8 adults and 4 children.

All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned. Each features a large bed with a comfortable mattress and a television. Two of the bedrooms are also equipped with pull-out armchairs, ideal for accommodating children.

Baby cots can be provided upon request in advance.

The spacious living room features a 55-inch TV, a pull-out sofa (140 x 200 cm), a dining table that extends into a bar, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. It also includes a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and everything you need for your stay.

Our pool features new, modern technology for natural water disinfection — using sea salt electrolysis combined with an added UV purification system. The water is clean, soft, and free of chlorine and chemicals.

The heat pump that warms the water allows the pool to be used even during the cooler spring and autumn days.

The pool is seasonal and operates from the beginning of May until the end of October.

The villa features sun loungers with comfortable soft cushions, poufs, and umbrellas, along with two verandas. There is an outdoor coffee area, a covered veranda with a dining table, and a barbecue.

The living area is open-plan, providing a direct connection between the spacious living room, the verandas, and the villa’s swimming pool.

The house is available for rent for one or more weeks and is ideal for both family vacations and groups of friends, with the following conditions: check-in after 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM.

We value the peace and comfort of our neighbors, therefore the house is not suitable for noisy gatherings.
