Villa Cadaques – a luxury seaside villa in Lozenets.

Your place for peace, comfort and unforgettable summer moments.

Only about 300 meters or a 5-minute walk away is the beautiful sandy beach Oasis - one of the most popular beaches on the Southern Black Sea Coast. In the immediate vicinity is a small picturesque shell beach, and the center and central beach of Lozenets are a pleasant walk away.

One of the biggest advantages of Villa Cadaques is its private heated pool with a water temperature of around 30°C , available to our guests welcoming you from the beginning of May to the end of September.

Our pool uses salt electrolysis - a method that turns sea salt into natural chlorine for disinfection.

Thanks to it and its added ionizing system and UV purification lamp, the water is crystal clear, soft, and gentle on the skin, hair, and eyes, without the strong smell of chlorine – a pleasure for both adults and the little ones in the family.

.

Around the pool, there are sun loungers, poufs, umbrellas, and a spacious covered patio with a bar, BBQ area, large dining table and a TV – the perfect spot for relaxing summer evenings with family and friends.

Villa Cadaques is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms..

One of the bedrooms is on the first floor with a bathroom in the hallway, and the other 3 bedrooms are each with an attached bathroom, on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms are furnished with large beds with comfortable mattresses and smart TVs, with three of the bedrooms having sofa beds, and baby beds and high chairs are provided upon prior request.

The spacious living area is open, bright and has direct access to the verandas and pool.

Here you will find:

The kitchen has everything you need for a long and comfortable stay - induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, electric kettle, water purifier, toaster, full set of dishes and kitchen utensils.
