From the beginning of May to the end of September, the true gem of Villa Felicity awaits you: a private, heated pool featuring a salt electrolysis and ionization system.

This way, the water—kept at a temperature of 30°C–32°C —remains crystal clear and gentle on the skin, hair, and eyes, free from the overpowering smell of chlorine; it is a delight for both adults and the youngest family members alike.

A space has been created around the pool where relaxation comes naturally. The comfortable sun loungers, soft cushions, bean bag chairs, swing and the well-kept garden create a feeling of coziness and carefreeness. The spacious veranda with a dining table and the barbecue area with a bar are a favorite place for morning coffee, family lunches and long summer evenings shared with loved ones.

Every room in Villa Felicity is equipped with an air conditioner. The villa has three spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, a comfortable bed (180x200cm) and a TV. There is an extendable armchair in two of the bedrooms. The additional fourth bathroom (serving the living area) provides even greater convenience for all guests.

The bright living room has direct access to the veranda and the pool – the heart of the home – a space that naturally brings everyone together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a carefree vacation – induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, toaster, kettle and all the necessary dishes and utensils.

For the youngest guests, we provide a baby bed and a high chair upon prior request.

Renting conditions:

The villa is rented for periods of one or more weeks.

Check-in and check-out day - Friday.

Check-in after 3 pm.

Check-out until 10 am.

Your pets are also welcome.

Loud music is not allowed.

We value the peace and comfort of our neighbors and therefore the villa is not suitable for noisy gatherings and parties.
